Primary Position Purpose
The primary purpose of the position is to undertake analysis of potential energy efficiency opportunities; measurement and verification of energy efficiency projects; and the creation of energy efficiency certificates across a broad range of technologies in a manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities
* Providing innovative and rigorous solutions to identify and deliver projects to a high quality standard
* Analyzing potential energy efficiency opportunities
* Project managing the installation of energy efficiency projects
* Quantifying energy savings using regression analysis and modelling techniques
* Ensuring that each project is conducted efficiently and within the time and resource allocation
* Establishing and maintaining client relationships
* Undertaking site visits and data collection
* Providing technical support to our sales team to support the sales process
* Ensuring Out Performers corporate and administrative procedures are implemented in full
* Maintaining professional and technical knowledge and skills

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

* Tertiary qualification in engineering or equivalent discipline
* 6 years plus relevant working history, including experience working within a manufacturing environment
* Detailed knowledge of key energy systems within a manufacturing plant
* Experience project managing installation of energy based equipment
* Detailed understanding of regression analysis
* Excellent data analysis and report writing skills
* Strong client relationship skills
* Initiative with data collection from clients and client systems
* Willingness to travel
* Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and perform with minimal supervision
